Vacay Owners Club is an online directory and membership platform that connects vacation rental property owners (“Owners”) with local service providers (“Vendors”). We do not provide any services directly, and we are not a party to any transaction, agreement, or relationship between Owners and Vendors.
3. Marketplace Disclaimer — PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
Vacay Owners Club is a directory platform only.
- We do not employ, endorse, warrant, or guarantee any Vendor listed on the Site.
- We do not facilitate, process, or oversee payments between Owners and Vendors.
- We are not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or outcome of any services provided by any Vendor.
- We are not responsible for any disputes, damages, losses, or claims arising from transactions or agreements between Owners and Vendors.
- Any contract for services is solely between the Owner and the Vendor. Vacay Owners Club is not a party to that contract.
- Owners are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before hiring any Vendor.
- Vendors are responsible for their own licensing, insurance, bonding, and compliance with applicable laws.
By using this Site, you acknowledge and agree that Vacay Owners Club bears no liability for any transaction, service, payment, dispute, injury, damage, or loss arising from your use of vendor information found on this Site.
4. Membership
- Membership fees are charged as described on the Membership page.
- Memberships are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
- Vacay Owners Club reserves the right to change membership pricing with reasonable notice.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate memberships for violations of these Terms.
5. Vendor Listings
- Vendors may apply for a free listing subject to our verification process.
- Approval of a listing does not constitute endorsement of the Vendor.
- Vacay Owners Club reserves the right to remove any listing at any time for any reason.
- Vendors are responsible for ensuring their listing information is accurate and up to date.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to interfere with the Site’s operation
- Harass, threaten, or harm other users
7. Intellectual Property
